I'm Sammie and when I discovered the CBF brand I was totally intrigued, I researched their products, who they were and what they are about..... INCLUSION!! Who doesn't want to feel included and part of a community, part of a TRIBE! This is what being part of the #CBFTribe is all about, it's not about how heavy of a weight you can lift or how many squats you can do, it's about living life as a human, one with flaws and grace.
My journey has changed over the years and I have gone from trying every FAD Diet there was on the market to crazy workouts and more just to look like the active wear models you see. This past year I have discovered that it's not what I wanted my life to be, I wanted balance and I wanted to enjoy moments with friends and family and not let that picture of what I thought was perfection get in the way anymore.
Since discovering CBF I have got the CBF Logo V-Neck Tee in white and the Active Basics 7/8 High-Rise Leggings (who doesn't need another pair of black leggings, right?) and I absolutely love them and the quality, knowing they are an Aussie business is also amazing! We need to start supporting more Aussie business....
CBF......What does it mean when it comes to active wear? Well, let's just say ....sometimes we CBF and sometimes we can. Why should we be forced to think that we should always feel motivated? Why should we be forced to think we need to look like the perfect airbrushed models you see in those perfect insta posts? Why? CBF stands for the ordinary person, the fit person, the mum or dad, it fits in with our normal lives! on OUR terms...
For me my journey right now has changed oh so much, my partner and I are about to commence IVF which is scary, exciting and overwhelming to say the least....It is going to be one hell of a rollercoaster ride! Our lives change so much but we need to choose what life we want to live, happiness is the greatest gift and that comes with loving who we are and not having the pressure to conform to unrealistic standards. Love who you are and what you believe in!!!
